Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment is seeking a General Manager to own guest experience, team, financials, and culture at your center. You’ll lead operations across bowling, arcade, food & beverage, bar, and events from the floor.

You will drive daily sales through guest engagement and events, build high-performing teams, and ensure accountability, hospitality, and cost controls while maintaining peak performance during busy periods.

Qualifications

• Significant leadership experience in a high-volume, guest-focused venue.
• Proven ability to drive sales growth and hit financial targets.
• Strong experience with budgeting, forecasting, labor optimization, and cost control.
• Track record of building and developing leadership teams from the ground up.

Responsibilities

• Lead all center operations across bowling, arcade, food and beverage, bar, and events, flexing into any role as needed.
• Drive daily sales through direct guest engagement, events, and marketing initiatives.
• Build and develop high-performing teams across departments with accountability and hospitality culture.
• Set performance expectations and deliver consistent results in sales, operations, and guest satisfaction.
• Own full P&L performance including labor, COGS, inventory and cost controls.
• Keep the facility and attractions clean, operational, and guest-ready at all times.
