Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment is seeking a General Manager to own the guest experience, team, financials and culture at a center. You will lead from the floor, ensuring superb hospitality and strong performance across all departments.

You will be responsible for P&L management, budgeting, staffing, and delivering memorable guest experiences in a high-volume entertainment venue. This role requires flexibility for evenings, weekends and holidays in a dynamic setting.

Qualifications

• Significant leadership experience in high-volume guest-focused venues.
• Proven track record of driving sales growth and hitting financial targets.
• Full P&L fluency including budgeting, forecasting, labor optimization and cost control.
• Experience building and developing leadership teams from the ground up.
• Visible floor-first leadership presence during peak periods.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead all center operations across bowling, arcade, food & beverage, bar and events.
• Drive daily sales through guest engagement, events, and marketing initiatives.
• Build and develop high-performing teams across departments with accountability and hospitality.
• Set performance expectations and ensure consistent results in sales, operations, and guest satisfaction.
• Own full P&L performance including labor, COGS, inventory and cost controls.
• Maintain a clean, guest-ready facility with attractions, kitchen, bar and event spaces.
