Lucky Strike Entertainment is seeking a General Manager to own the guest experience, team leadership, financials, and culture across the center. You will lead from the floor, drive sales, manage budgets, and ensure exceptional hospitality.

You will oversee operations in bowling, arcade, F&B, and events, while building high-performing teams and maintaining peak guest satisfaction. This is a hands-on, frontline leadership role with a strong emphasis on results.

Qualifications

• Significant leadership experience in a high-volume, guest-focused venue (entertainment, hospitality, or full-service restaurant).
• Proven track record of driving sales growth and hitting financial targets.
• Full P&L fluency including budgeting, forecasting, labor optimization, and cost control.
• Experience building and developing leadership teams from the ground up.

Responsabilités

• Lead all center operations across bowling, arcade, food & beverage, bar, and events, adapting as needed.
• Drive daily sales through direct guest engagement, events, and marketing initiatives.
• Build and develop high-performing teams across departments with accountability and hospitality.
• Set performance expectations and ensure consistent results in sales, operations, and guest satisfaction.
• Own full P&L including labor, COGS, inventory, and cost controls.
• Maintain facility readiness and guest-facing spaces to ensure an excellent experience.
