Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment is seeking a General Manager in the United States to own the guest experience, lead the team, manage financials, and shape the center’s culture. You will drive operations across bowling, arcade, F&B, bar and events, while building a high-performing, accountable staff.

The role requires a strong track record in high-volume venues, a floor-first leadership presence, and flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience leading high-volume guest-focused venues.
• Proven ability to drive sales and hit targets.
• Fluency in budgeting, forecasting, labor optimization, and cost control.
• Experience building leadership teams from the ground up.
• Visible on-floor leadership during peak periods.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead all center operations across bowling, arcade, food & beverage, bar, and events.
• Drive daily sales through guest engagement, event execution, and marketing initiatives.
• Build high-performing teams across departments with accountability and hospitality.
• Set performance expectations and ensure consistent results across sales, operations and guest satisfaction.
• Own full P&L including labor, COGS, inventory, and cost controls.
• Maintain facility, attractions, kitchen, bar, and event spaces as guest-ready.
