You will lead all center operations across bowling, arcade, food & beverage, bar, and events, while driving daily sales and building high-performing teams. The role requires a floor-first leadership presence, with adaptability for nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Leadership in high-volume, guest-focused venues.
• Proven ability to drive sales and hit financial targets.
• Full P&L fluency including budgeting, forecasting, labor optimization, and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Lead center operations across bowling, arcade, food & beverage, bar, and events.
• Drive daily sales through guest engagement, event execution, and marketing initiatives.
• Build and develop high-performing teams across every department with accountability and hospitality.
• Own full P&L including labor, COGS, inventory, and cost controls.
