Job summary

MML Hospitality is hiring for a General Manager to lead restaurant operations across our Texas venues. You will oversee guest satisfaction, staff development, financial performance, and brand integrity, blending fine dining culture with hands-on leadership.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of progressive management in California’s boutique or upscale dining, strong financial acumen, and fluent English (Spanish a plus).

Qualifications

• Progressive management experience in California restaurants (3+ years).
• Boutique or upscale dining experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations, ensuring guest satisfaction and team performance.
• Hire, train, and lead staff while fostering a positive, growth-oriented work environment.
• Maintain high standards in food, service, and hospitality through hands-on supervision and mentoring.
• Manage financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, and profitability.
• Support marketing efforts, programming, and guest engagement strategies to drive traffic and retention.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure smooth front- and back-of-house coordination.
• Uphold health, safety, and regulatory compliance at all times.
• Build strong community relationships and a loyal base of regular guests.
