Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of General Manager experience in upscale casual or fine dining.
• Proven track record leading high-performing teams in hospitality.
• Experience managing labor, payroll, budgeting, and cost controls.

Responsabilités

• Oversee all daily restaurant operations and uphold service, food quality, and hospitality.
• Lead with a hands-on approach, coach and develop the team daily.
• Drive guest experience, monitor feedback, and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
