Job summary

Houston Dose is seeking a hands-on General Manager to own the floor and be the true face of the operation. You will lead front-of-house with an on-the-floor presence during peak service, delivering exceptional guest service and building relationships with regulars.

You will train, mentor, and lead a high-performing team to maintain top-tier standards in hospitality and efficiency, overseeing daily service execution, quality control, labor management, and progress toward financial targets.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of restaurant management experience in high-volume casual dining or Tex-Mex.
• Bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish) is a strong plus.
• Valid food manager and TABC certifications (or ability to obtain).
