What You’ll Do

Requirements

What You’ll Bring:

• Love for Hospitality: A deep enthusiasm for the hospitality industry and a commitment to delivering extraordinary service.
• Exceptional Communication: Whether with guests, team members, or senior leadership, you’re skilled at keeping everyone in sync.
• Inspiring Leadership: You know how to motivate, mentor, and cultivate high‑performing teams.
• Operational Excellence: You effortlessly oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring a smooth, efficient, and high‑performing workflow.
• Language Proficiency: English fluency required; Spanish fluency is a plus!
• Experience: At least two years of progressive management experience in the restaurant industry, with a preference for boutique or upscale dining establishments.
