Job summary

Wendy's Company in Montgomery, AL is seeking a General Manager to lead daily restaurant operations, drive growth, and uphold service standards. You will oversee staff scheduling, interview, hire, and train, and coach team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Requirements include at least 2 years of General Manager experience in high-volume food service, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays.

• 2 years+ General Manager experience (high volume food service concepts preferred)
• No More than 3 Jobs in the last 5 Years
• Flexibility to work an 11 Point Schedule which includes various shifts, incl weekends and holidays
• Valid DL in good standing & access to private trans
• HS Diploma or equivalent & possess all documents required by state and federal law.
