Job summary

The Wendy's Company is seeking a General Manager in Gardendale, AL to lead daily restaurant operations and drive performance. You will manage staff, schedules, training, and coaching while upholding health, safety and brand standards.

• 2 years+ General Manager experience (high volume food service concepts preferred)
• No More than 3 Jobs in the last 5 Years
• Flexibility to work an 11 Point Schedule which includes various shifts, incl weekends and holidays
• Valid DL in good standing & access to private trans
• HS Diploma or equivalent & possess all documents required by state and federal law.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively lead and manage your own team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment - People Smart
