The Wendy's Company, a national restaurant brand, is seeking a General Manager for one of its SRG franchise locations. You will lead restaurant operations, drive growth, and ensure exemplary guest experience.

You will recruit and train staff, schedule shifts, monitor finances, and uphold food safety and quality standards in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Qualificações

• 2+ years General Manager experience in high-volume food service
• No more than 3 jobs in last 5 years
• Flexible to work an 11-point schedule incl weekends/holidays
• Valid driver's license in good standing & access to private transportation
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team in a fast-paced environment
• Driven problem solver, decision maker, results-oriented and service-focused

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and drive growth
• Maintain day-to-day financial controls
• Create and manage staff schedules
• Interview, hire, and train crew and management
• Coach, counsel, and develop staff; manage team relations
• Ensure food handling, equipment maintenance, and facility standards

• No More than 3 Jobs in the last 5 Years
