Job summary

Wendy's SRG franchise is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead daily restaurant operations in a fast-paced, service-driven environment. You will oversee staff scheduling, financial controls, guest satisfaction, and health and safety standards while modeling our values and delivering results.

You will interview, hire, and train crew, coach leaders, grow sales and people, and ensure the highest standards of quality.

Qualifications

• 2 years+ General Manager experience in high-volume food service.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Valid DL in good standing and access to private transportation.

• No More than 3 Jobs in the last 5 Years
• Flexibility to work an 11 Point Schedule which includes various shifts, incl weekends and holidays
• Valid DL in good standing & access to private trans
• HS Diploma or equivalent & possess all documents required by state and federal law.
