Job summary

The Wendy's Company, via SRG, a Wendy's franchisee, seeks a General Manager to lead daily restaurant operations and embody our service values. You will grow and develop the team while driving sales and guest satisfaction in a fast-paced setting.

We expect 2+ years of GM experience, a flexible weekend/holiday schedule, and a valid driver's license. You will recruit, train, and mentor staff, uphold safety standards, and manage costs to deliver exceptional results.

Qualifications

• 2+ years General Manager experience in high-volume food service.
• No more than 3 jobs in the last 5 years.
• Flexible to work an 11 Point Schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Valid driver's license in good standing and access to private transportation.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and uphold company values.
• Grow people and sales; manage staff scheduling; interview, hire, and train.
• Coach, counsel, and develop staff; manage team relations; ensure health and safety standards.
• Exercise proper food handling, equipment maintenance, and facility management.
• Maintain day-to-day financial controls and ensure customer satisfaction.
