Job summary

The Wendy's Company is seeking a General Manager for one of its high-volume Wendy's restaurants in Montgomery, AL. You will lead daily operations, grow people and sales, maintain financial controls, and ensure health and safety standards.

Applicants need at least 2 years GM experience in fast-paced food service, HS diploma, valid driver's license, and a proven ability to hire, train, coach, and drive results. Franchise opportunities with company-supported benefits.

Qualifications

• 2 years+ General Manager experience in a high-volume food service concept.
• HS Diploma or equivalent & required state/federal documents.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and coach a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Grow people and sales while maintaining financial controls.
• Hire, interview, train, and develop staff; manage scheduling and coaching.

• No More than 3 Jobs in the last 5 Years
• Flexibility to work an 11 Point Schedule which includes various shifts, incl weekends and holidays
• Valid DL in good standing & access to private trans
• HS Diploma or equivalent & possess all documents required by state and federal law.
