Job summary

The Wendy's Company franchise SRG seeks a General Manager to lead daily restaurant operations with integrity. You will drive growth by coaching and developing your crew, managing schedules, interviewing and hiring, and ensuring food safety and financial controls.

A growth-minded leader with 2+ years GM experience in high-volume food service is required, along with a valid driver's license and HS diploma. Expect a purpose-driven culture with competitive benefits and opportunities for advancement

Qualifications

• 2+ years General Manager experience in high-volume food service.
• Ability to lead and develop a diverse team.
• Demonstrated knowledge of food safety and financial controls.

• 2 years+ General Manager experience (high volume food service concepts preferred)
• No More than 3 Jobs in the last 5 Years
• Flexibility to work an 11 Point Schedule which includes various shifts, incl weekends and holidays
• Valid DL in good standing & access to private trans
• HS Diploma or equivalent & possess all documents required by state and federal law.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively lead and manage your own team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment - People Smart
