Job summary

The Wendy's Company franchise opportunity seeks a General Manager to lead daily restaurant operations, drive growth, and uphold brand standards. You will oversee staffing, training, and coaching while maintaining financial controls and high customer service levels.

Grow a team in a fast-paced environment, ensure safety compliance, and work within a franchise network that emphasizes values, recognition, and advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years General Manager experience (high volume food service concepts preferred).
• No more than 3 jobs in the last 5 years.
• Flexibility to work an 11 point schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Valid driver's license in good standing & access to private transportation.
• HS Diploma or equivalent & required documents by state and federal law.
