Job summary

Wendy's Birmingham franchise is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead daily restaurant operations, coach crew, and uphold health, safety and quality standards.

The role requires 2+ years GM experience in high-volume food service, ability to interview, hire, and train staff, and to manage scheduling and growth initiatives. Training and benefits are provided; strong internal promotion opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years General Manager experience in high-volume food service concepts.
• No more than 3 jobs in the last 5 years.
• Flexibility to work an 11 point schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Valid driver's license in good standing and access to private transportation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee restaurant daily operations and ensure standards.
• Create and manage staff schedules.
• Interview, hire, and train team members.
• Oversee coaching, counseling and developing staff and managing team relations.
