Job summary

SRG, a Wendy's franchisee in Alabama, seeks an experienced General Manager to lead daily restaurant operations, uphold brand values, and drive growth.

You will hire, train, schedule staff, manage financials, and ensure health and safety standards; expect a rewarding, purpose-driven culture with opportunities for advancement and a quarterly bonus.

Candidates should have 2+ years GM experience in high-volume food service; HS diploma; valid DL; and a track record of team development.

  • Maintain day-to-day financial controls
  • Create and manage staff schedules
  • Interview, hire, and train
  • Oversee coaching, counseling and developing staff and managing team relations.
  • Exercise proper food handling, equipment maintenance and facility management
  • Ensure health and safety inspections and standards are met

• 2 years+ General Manager experience (high volume food service concepts preferred)
• No More than 3 Jobs in the last 5 Years
• Flexibility to work an 11 Point Schedule which includes various shifts, incl weekends and holidays
• Valid DL in good standing & access to private trans
• HS Diploma or equivalent & possess all documents required by state and federal law.
