City Bird seeks an experienced General Manager in Cincinnati to oversee daily restaurant operations, lead front and back of house teams, manage staffing, scheduling and training, and drive guest satisfaction.

You'll own inventory, food and beverage costs, labor, safety compliance, and adherence to brand standards while reporting to the Regional Managing Partner. This role offers growth opportunities within Thunderdome Restaurant Group.

The General Manager is responsible for the overall operation of the restaurant through people, product, quality and hospitality. We are looking for someone who is passionate and driven to grow alongside the growth of our restaurant group. The General Manager reports directly to the Regional Managing Partner. This job requires continuous movement, regularly bending, lifting, pushing, pulling, carrying, and moving up to 50 pounds.
