Job summary

The Eagle at Mason, OH is seeking an experienced Assistant General Manager to lead daily operations and guest hospitality for Thunderdome Restaurant Group. This role reports to the General Manager and requires you to drive excellence in service, quality, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience in a restaurant leadership role, preferably as an AG Supervisor or ASM.
• Proven ability to lead front of house and back of house teams.

OUR OPPORTUNITY

The Eagle, our food and beer hall, serving Southern fried chicken and sides, is looking for an experienced Assistant General Manager. The Assistant General Manager is responsible for assisting the overall operation of the restaurant through people, product, quality and hospitality. We are looking for someone who is passionate and driven to grow alongside the growth of our restaurant group. The Assistant General Manager reports directly to the General Manager. This job requires continuous movement, regularly bending, lifting, pushing, pulling, carrying, and moving up to 50 pounds. This position requires manual dexterity; auditory and visual skills; and the ability to follow written and oral instructions and procedures.
