Job summary

Currito Tylersville in West Chester, OH is seeking a Quick Service Assistant General Manager to help drive daily operations across people, product, quality and hospitality. This role reports to the General Manager and supports Thunderdome Restaurant Group's nine growing concepts.

The position involves leading and training teams, ensuring food quality and safety standards, upholding company standards, and delivering exceptional guest service.

OUR OPPORTUNITY

The Quick Service Assistant General Manager is responsible for assisting the overall operation of the restaurant through people, product, quality and hospitality. We are looking for someone who is passionate and driven to grow alongside the growth of our restaurant group. The Quick Service Assistant General Manager reports directly to the General Manager. This job requires continuous movement, regularly bending, lifting, pushing, pulling, carrying, and moving up to 50 pounds. This position requires manual dexterity; auditory and visual skills; and the ability to follow written and oral instructions and procedures.
