Salary Range: $15.00 - $17.00 Hourly

OUR OPPORTUNITY

Culinary team members are responsible for the overall quality of menu items according to Thunderdome’s standards and specs. We are looking for someone who is passionate and driven to grow alongside the growth of our restaurant group. This job requires continuous movement, regularly bending, lifting, pushing, pulling, carrying, and moving up to 50 pounds. This position requires manual dexterity; auditory and visual skills; and the ability to follow written and oral instructions and procedures.

HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE

• Maintain a clean and efficient work station
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance
• Set up and stock all necessary items
• Follow proper compliance of safety, sanitation and health standards
• Maintain a positive and cooperative team environment
• Prepare menu items by using proper knife skills and cooking techniques
