Thunderdome Restaurant Group's Eagle concept is seeking an experienced Assistant General Manager to oversee daily operations, with a focus on people, product, quality and hospitality.

You will hire, train, schedule and develop all team members, ensure top‑quality food through taste plate execution, and maintain safety and sanitation standards while delivering exceptional guest service.

The Assistant General Manager is responsible for assisting the overall operation of the restaurant through people, product, quality and hospitality. We are looking for someone who is passionate and driven to grow alongside the growth of our restaurant group. The Assistant General Manager reports directly to the General Manager. This job requires continuous movement, regularly bending, lifting, pushing, pulling, carrying, and moving up to 50 pounds.
