Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and manage a team of claims professionals handling Commercial General Liability claims.
• Assign claims and workload based on complexity, severity, and staff expertise.
• Provide coaching in coverage analysis, liability investigation, damages evaluation, negotiation, and litigation management.
• Mentor team members and foster accountability and continuous learning.
• Oversee all aspects of claims handling including investigation, evaluation, reserving, litigation management, negotiation, and settlements.
