Job summary

Reserv is seeking a highly organized General Liability Adjuster for a fully remote role in the United States. You will handle GL claims across premises, habitational, risk transfer, and construction, while delivering top-notch customer service to policyholders.

You will gather information, analyze coverage, manage claim inventories, set reserves, and ensure compliance with state regulations. Travel may be required as claims needs arise, with licensing completed within 60 days.

Qualifications

• Active adjuster license in resident state or DHS license.
• 3–5 years of General Liability experience (Premise, Habitational, Auto, etc.).
• Bachelor's degree; JD or professional designations preferred.
• Willingness to travel for client and claims needs.
• Ability to analyze complex data and make sound decisions.
• Willing to obtain licenses within 60 days.

Responsibilities

• Handle all aspects of General Liability claims (Slip-and-Falls, Habitational, Risk Transfer, Construction).
• Provide prompt, courteous, high‑quality customer service to policyholders and claimants.
• Gather information to initiate claims and explain policy coverage.
• Manage an inventory of claims and establish initial reserves.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations and SOPs.
• Negotiate settlements within approved authority and coordinate with outside teams.
