The Atlantic District in Cumberland, Maryland is seeking a General Agent to anchor the local team and lead our community-based insurance operations. You will mentor producers, shape local strategy, and act as the trusted voice for clients with the full backing of our national network.

Qualifications

• Must hold the Life & Health Producer License valid in Maryland.
• 3+ years of experience managing insurance portfolios or agency operations.
• Proven ability to develop local business growth strategies.
• Strong public speaking and networking capabilities.
• Familiarity with regional Cumberland area market dynamics.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Current Resident Producer License for Life and Health insurance in Maryland.
• Three or more years of experience managing insurance portfolios or agency operations.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute local business growth strategies.
• Advanced proficiency in agency management systems and digital lead tracking.
• Strong public speaking skills for networking and community engagement.
• Understanding of regional economic trends within the Cumberland area.
