The Atlantic District invites a motivated General Insurance Agent to join our Bel Air office, serving neighbors with homeowners, auto, and business coverage. You will explain complex options in clear terms and build lasting client relationships in a supportive team environment.

With an Maryland Property & Casualty license and 3 years of insurance sales or account management, you’ll grow professionally through hands-on training, a Monday–Friday schedule, and opportunities for career advancement

Qualifications

• Three years of professional experience in insurance sales or account management.
• Must hold Maryland Property & Casualty insurance producer license.
• Excellent communication and client-focused advisory skills.

Responsibilities

• Guide individuals and families through selecting insurance policies that protect what matters most.
• Evaluate coverage gaps and propose practical solutions for clients’ financial futures.
• Manage policy inquiries with warmth, accuracy, and clear explanations.
• Network within the Bel Air community to build partnerships and agency visibility.
• Maintain accurate client records and ensure documentation meets state standards.
• Collaborate with underwriting to secure favorable pricing and terms for policyholders.
