The Atlantic District in Annapolis seeks an Insurance Agent to help individuals and families protect what matters most. You will listen to clients, translate complex coverage options into clear terms, and draft tailored proposals that align with life goals and financial safety nets.

You will manage a steady pipeline of leads, maintain active client reviews, and collaborate with our support team to ensure accurate policy changes.

Qualifications

• Active Maryland Property and Casualty Insurance License is required.
• Experience in a consultative sales or client-facing advisory role preferred.
• Strong ability to educate clients on complex coverage options in clear terms.
• Comfort with managing a pipeline of leads and following up consistently.
