Qualifications

• Holder of Maryland Life and Health Producer license.

Requirements

Current Resident Producer License for Life and Health insurance in Maryland.

Three or more years of experience managing insurance portfolios or agency operations.

Demonstrated ability to develop and execute local business growth strategies.

Advanced proficiency in agency management systems and digital lead tracking.

Strong public speaking skills for networking and community engagement.

Understanding of regional economic trends within the Cumberland area.
