The Atlantic District in Pennsylvania seeks a General Agency Principal to lead daily operations, guide strategy, and mentor producers. You’ll build strong carrier relationships and drive growth while upholding the firm’s high standards for client service.

This role offers base salary plus commission and bonus opportunities, with PTO, benefits, and a path for career advancement within a trusted insurance and financial services organization.

Qualifications

• Valid Property and Casualty as well as Life and Health licenses.
• Experience in insurance distribution or agency leadership.
• Deep knowledge of carrier relations and regional market dynamics.

Requirements

• Valid Property and Casualty as well as Life and Health insurance licenses.
• Substantial experience in insurance distribution, agency management, or a senior leadership capacity.
• Deep knowledge of carrier relations and regional market dynamics.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and guide a team of producers.
• Strong analytical skills regarding agency profitability and growth metrics.
• Professional certification such as CIC, CLU, or CPCU.
