The Atlantic District in New London, CT is seeking a General Agency Principal to lead our local office and shape its future. You will guide a team of producers, build strong carrier partnerships, and drive strategy to grow our Connecticut footprint.

Qualifications

• Valid Property and Casualty Insurance License.
• Leadership history in insurance or financial services.
• Understanding of agency operations and carrier relationships.
• Track record of mentoring and developing sales talent.
• Ability to analyze market data to guide agency growth.
• Bachelor's degree in business or related field is valued.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the New London office.
