Oversee the daily operations of the agency to ensure efficiency, compliance, and sustained growth.
Cultivate and maintain strong, productive relationships with our carrier partners to provide competitive solutions.
Mentor and coach producers, helping them hone their craft and reach their personal production goals.
Analyze sales trends and regional market conditions to refine our agency strategy and outreach efforts.
Uphold our reputation for excellence by ensuring that every client interaction reflects our commitment to high standards.
Take ownership of agency financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and revenue management.
Valid Property and Casualty as well as Life and Health insurance licenses.
Substantial experience in insurance distribution, agency management, or a senior leadership capacity.
Deep knowledge of carrier relations and regional market dynamics.
Demonstrated ability to mentor and guide a team of producers.
Strong analytical skills regarding agency profitability and growth metrics.
Professional certification such as CIC, CLU, or CPCU.
