Requirements

• Connecticut Property & Casualty insurance license.
• Three or more years of experience managing personal lines insurance accounts.
• Strong proficiency with agency management software and digital documentation.
• Clear, empathetic, and professional communication skills.
• Attention to detail when reviewing policies and assessing coverage gaps.
• Prior experience in a local, relationship-based insurance agency is a significant plus.
