Job summary

The Atlantic District, based in Pittsburgh, seeks an Agency Manager to lead our insurance team and shape a positive, highPerforming culture. You will mentor licensed agents, optimize sales processes, and build strong community partnerships, guiding growth and client service excellence across the region.

You will steward daily operations, coach staff, and refine sales strategies while upholding our commitment to integrity and service.

Qualifications

• Valid Pennsylvania Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses.
• Three+ years of leadership experience within an insurance agency.
• Deep understanding of insurance underwriting guidelines and sales workflows.
• Strong ability to coach staff on improving sales performance.
• Proficiency in industry-standard agency management software.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and emotional intelligence.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations to ensure the agency runs smoothly and meets production goals.
• Mentor and guide a team of licensed agents, helping them reach their potential.
• Analyze sales metrics to identify growth opportunities and refine outreach.
