The Atlantic District in Erie, PA is seeking an Agency Lead to guide a dedicated sales team and shape office culture. You will mentor professionals, refine sales processes, and help us continue delivering exceptional protection and service to our neighbors.

Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania Property & Casualty Insurance License.
• 3+ years of leadership or management experience in an insurance agency.
• Deep understanding of commercial and personal lines coverage.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding growth targets.
• Coaching and mentorship skills for small teams.
• Experience with agency management software and digital reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Guide and motivate the sales team to reach annual goals.
• Review client portfolios to identify gaps and improve solutions.
• Lead weekly strategy meetings to share successes and address roadblocks.
• Maintain relationships with Erie community leaders and businesses to build our brand.
• Monitor performance metrics and provide feedback to agents.
• Ensure all policies follow state regulations and internal standards.
