Qualifications

• 7+ years in technology domains (e.g., software development, cloud computing, systems engineering).
• 5+ years in design, implementation, or consulting for apps and infrastructures.
• 7+ years IT development or consult in software/Internet industries.

Responsibilities

• Represent the voice of the customer; feedback to product teams to influence features and roadmap.
• Provide advanced technical knowledge to GTM teams to unblock critical business challenges.
• Share best practices through blogs, whitepapers, reference architectures, and public speaking events.
• Partner with Business Development to define technical components of GTM concepts and initiatives.
• Develop and support AWS internal communities of technical experts and create enablement materials.
