Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. seeks a GenAI Specialist Solutions Architect to drive Go-to-Market strategy and design leveraging agentic AI for software developers.

You will interact with customers to understand business problems, guide AI solution implementations, and deliver briefs and deep dive sessions across geographies. You will collaborate with data scientists and other SAs to create white papers, reference implementations, and field enablement materials to scale AI service adoption within

Qualifications

• 8+ years of technology domain experience (e.g., software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics).
• 3+ years of design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures.
• 10+ years of IT development or implementation/consulting in software or Internet industries.

Responsibilities

• Represent the voice of the customer; bring feedback to product teams to influence feature development and roadmap.
• Provide advanced technical knowledge to GTM teams to unblock major customer challenges.
• Lead thought leadership through forums, blogs, whitepapers, reference architectures and public events.
• Partner with Business Development to define technical components of GTM concepts, solutions, initiatives.
• Develop and support an AWS internal community of technical subject matter experts; create enablement materials for the broader SA population.
