Job summary

Amazon Web Services is seeking a Worldwide Specialist Solutions Architect - GenAI, Data & AI GTM to shape the future GTM for GenAI at AWS. You will lead technical engagements with strategic customers, design AWS-powered architectures, and guide teams through adoption of large-scale AI workloads and model deployment.

Ideal candidates have deep ML/LLM understanding, experience with GPUs, Kubernetes, and end-to-end AI product delivery.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in technology domains (software, cloud, infra).
• 3+ years design/implementation or consulting in applications.
• 10+ years IT development or consulting in software/Internet.
• Experience deploying AI products at scale and ML/LLM fundamentals.
• Hands-on with PyTorch or JAX and model training/inference lifecycles.
• Experience deploying LLMs on GPUs, Neuron, TPU or similar.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end technical engagements with strategic customers.
• Present architectures to exec and technical stakeholders.
• Collaborate with service teams to surface gaps and shape roadmap.
