Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking an AWS GenAI Specialist SA to lead GTM initiatives and act as the SME for designing solutions that leverage AWS AI services.

You will guide customers in adopting AI-driven software engineering and collaborate with SAs across geographies to enable large-scale use cases. You will interact with data scientists and solution architects, deliver briefings, and create white papers, reference architectures, and field enablement materials to scale best practices in

Qualifications

• 8+ years of specific technology domain areas (e.g. software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics) experience.
• 3+ years of design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures experience.
• 10+ years of IT development or implementation/consulting in the software or Internet industries experience.

Responsibilities

• Represent the voice of the customer; bring customer feedback to product teams to influence feature development and future product roadmap.
• Provide advanced technical knowledge to your domain aligned GTM teams to unblock our customers’ largest and most critical business challenges.
• Act as a thought leader sharing best practices through forums such as AWS blogs, whitepapers, reference architectures and public-speaking events such as AWS Summit, AWS re: Invent, etc.
• Partner with Business Development teams to define the technical components of best in class GTM concepts, solutions, and initiatives.
• Develop and support an AWS internal community of technical subject matter experts worldwide. Create field enablement materials for the broader SA population, to help them understand how to integrate Amazon Web Services solutions into customer architectures.
