Job summary

You will guide customers, deliver briefing sessions, and collaborate with data scientists and solution architects to enable large-scale AI deployments. The role involves interacting with customers to understand business problems, designing AI-driven software engineering solutions, and creating field enablement materials to help teams

Qualifications

• 8+ years of technology domain experience (e.g., software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics).
• 3+ years of design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures.
• 10+ years of IT development or implementation/consulting in software or Internet industries.

Responsibilities

• Represent the voice of the customer; bring feedback to product teams to influence feature development and roadmap.
• Provide advanced technical knowledge to GTM teams to unblock critical business challenges.
• Share best practices through forums such as AWS blogs, whitepapers, reference architectures, and public-speaking events.
• Partner with Business Development to define technical components of GTM concepts, solutions, and initiatives.
• Develop and support an AWS internal community of technical subject matter experts worldwide; create enablement materials for field teams.
