Job summary

Accenture, a global leader in AI-enabled solutions, seeks a GenAI Presales Solution Architect Associate Director. You will lead end-to-end solution blueprinting, translating business needs into architecture across data, AI, and APIs, aligning sales and delivery across geographies.

Responsibilities include creating ADM estimates, designing staffing, and presenting proposals, SOWs, and contracting documents while guiding delivery teams post-deal closure. Travel 10–25% may be required.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of IT industry experience in AI & Data delivery or Presales across Financial Services - Retail, Life Science, Telecom, Energy industries
• Minimum 3 years of experience with GenAI & Agentic AI projects delivery or presales
• Minimum 8 years of experience with cloud eco-systems - Azure/AWS/Google experience in delivery or presales
• Minimum 2 years of experience in AI-Led delivery, working in a cross-functional and global environments, and managing multiple stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate’s Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience)

Responsibilities

• Understand RFP/RFIs and translate the business needs into technical architecture (data engineering, data visualization, AI, Gen AI, Agents)
• Define end-to-end application architectures diagrams (data ingestion to data consumption to AI/Agents)
• Align technology components (e.g. LLM models, Vector DB, Graph DB, Agents, APIs, etc.) with business use cases
• Prepare detailed ADM effort estimates and get them validated with AI & Data capability SMEs
• Design optimal staffing models based on onshore/offshore/nearshore mix and pyramid structure
• Build solution plan power point decks for use in sales and delivery alignment
• Engage in solution and delivery reviews with leadership across geographies
• Act as the strategic link between sales and delivery teams
• Contribute to client-facing proposals, SOWs, and contracting documents
• Present and defend your solution in internal and external forums
• Seamlessly transition the solution to the delivery team post-deal closure
