Job summary

Accenture seeks a GenAI Presales Solution Architect Associate Director in California to lead end-to-end solution blueprints, translating business needs into technology strategies and aligning sales with delivery. You will drive AI/Gen AI design, engage global teams, and craft compelling proposals that win deals.

Travel 10–25% may be required; you will shape staffing models and create detailed ADM estimates, with a strong emphasis on cross-cloud architectures and stakeholder alignment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of IT industry experience in AI & Data delivery or presales across multiple industries.
• Minimum 3 years of GenAI & Agentic AI projects delivery or presales.
• Minimum 8 years of experience with cloud ecosystems (Azure/AWS/Google).
• Minimum 2 years in AI-led delivery with cross-functional, global stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Understand RFP/RFIs and translate business needs into technical architecture (data engineering, data visualization, AI, Gen AI).
• Define end-to-end architecture diagrams from data ingestion to AI/Agents.
• Align technology components with business use cases.
• Prepare ADM effort estimates and validate with capability SMEs.
• Design staffing models across onshore/offshore/nearshore.
• Build solution plan decks for sales and delivery alignment.
• Engage in solution and delivery reviews with leadership across geographies.
• Transition the solution to delivery post-deal closure.
