Job summary

Accenture is seeking a GenAI Presales Solution Architect Associate Director to lead the end-to-end solution blueprint and roadmaps, bridging client vision and technology execution across global delivery and sales teams. You will design AI/Gen AI solutions and engage with leaders to align cloud and industry capabilities.

You will present and defend proposals, drive SOWs and contracting documents, and travel as needed to support client engagements across geographies.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of IT industry experience in AI & Data delivery or Presales across Financial Services - Retail, Life Science, Telecom, Energy industries
• Minimum 3 years of GenAI & Agentic AI projects delivery or presales
• Minimum 8 years of experience with cloud ecosystems - Azure/AWS/Google
• Minimum 2 years of experience in AI-Led delivery in cross-functional, global environments with multiple stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience (if Associate’s Degree, must have minimum 6 years)

Responsibilities

• Understand RFP/RFIs and translate the business needs into technical architecture (data engineering, data visualization, AI, Gen AI, Agents)
• Define end-to-end application architectures diagrams (data ingestion to data consumption to AI/Agents)
• Align technology components (e.g. LLM models, Vector DB, Graph DB, Agents, APIs) with business use cases
• Prepare detailed ADM effort estimates and get them validated with AI & Data capability SMEs
• Design staffing models based on onshore/offshore/nearshore mix and pyramid structure
• Build solution plan decks for use in sales and delivery alignment
• Engage in solution and delivery reviews with leadership across geographies
• Act as the strategic link between sales and delivery teams
• Contribute to client-facing proposals, SOWs, and contracting documents
• Present and defend your solution in internal and external forums
• Seamlessly transition the solution to the delivery team post-deal closure
