Job summary

Accenture is seeking a GenAI Presales Solution Architect Associate Director to lead end-to-end solution blueprinting across AI, data, and cloud domains. You will bridge client vision and technology, translating business problems into architectures and aligning stakeholders across global delivery and sales teams.

You’ll design AI and Gen AI solutions, work across clouds and geographies, and develop staffing models and detailed engagement plans to support deal lifecycle from proposal to delivery.

Qualifications

• 15+ years IT industry experience in AI & Data delivery or presales across Financial Services - Retail, Life Science, Telecom, Energy industries.
• 3+ years of experience with GenAI & Agentic AI projects delivery or presales.
• 8+ years of experience with cloud eco-systems - Azure/AWS/Google experience in delivery or presales.
• 2 years of experience in AI-Led delivery, working in a cross-functional and global environments, and managing multiple stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience.
• Bonus points if you have Good PowerPoint skills for leadership and client storytelling.
• External client-facing consulting experience.

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into technical architecture for AI & Data platforms (data engineering, data visualization, AI, Gen AI, Agents).
• Define end-to-end application architectures diagrams (data ingestion to AI/Agents).
• Align technology components with business use cases; prepare ADM effort estimates validated with SMEs.
• Design optimal staffing models based on onshore/offshore/nearshore mix.
• Build solution plan power point decks for sales and delivery alignment.
• Engage in solution and delivery reviews with leadership across geographies.
• Seamlessly transition the solution to the delivery team post-deal closure.
