Job summary

Accenture is seeking a GenAI Presales Solution Architect Associate Director to lead end-to-end solution blueprints bridging client vision and technology execution. You will design AI/Gen AI solutions, coordinate global delivery and sales teams, and work across clouds and industries to translate business problems into actionable architectures.

You will develop staffing plans, estimate ADM efforts, and shape proposals while collaborating with leadership and delivery teams to ensure seamless

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of relevant IT industry experience in AI & Data delivery or Presales across Financial Services - Retail, Life Science, Telecom, Energy industries
• Minimum 3 years of experience with GenAI & Agentic AI projects delivery or presales
• Minimum 8 years of experience with cloud eco-systems - Azure/AWS/Google experience in delivery or presales
• Minimum 2 years of experience in AI-Led delivery, cross-functional and global environments
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience

Responsibilities

• Understand RFP/RFIs and translate the business needs into technical architecture (data engineering, data visualization, AI, Gen AI, Agents)
• Define end-to-end application architectures diagrams (data ingestion to data consumption to AI/Agents)
• Align technology components (e.g. LLM models, Vector DB, Graph DB, Agents, APIs) with business use cases
• Prepare detailed ADM effort estimates and get them validated with AI & Data capability SMEs
• Design optimal staffing models based on onshore/offshore/nearshore mix and pyramid structure
• Build solution plan power point decks for use in sales and delivery alignment
• Engage in solution and delivery reviews with leadership across geographies
• Act as the strategic link between sales and delivery teams
• Contribute to client-facing proposals, SOWs, and contracting documents
• Present and defend your solution in internal and external forums
• Seamlessly transition the solution to the delivery team post-deal closure
