Job summary

Accenture is seeking a GenAI Presales Solution Architect Associate Director to lead end-to-end solution blueprinting from client vision to tech execution. You will translate business problems into AI/Gen AI solutions, coordinating across global delivery and sales teams.

You will gain exposure to emerging AI technologies, design architectures, and shape staffing models while aligning onshore/offshore delivery to client needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of IT industry experience in AI & Data delivery or Presales across multiple industries
• Minimum 3 years of experience with GenAI & Agentic AI projects delivery or presales
• Minimum 8 years of experience with cloud ecosystems - Azure/AWS/Google in delivery or presales
• Minimum 2 years of AI-Led delivery in cross-functional, global environments with multiple stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (12 years)

Responsibilities

• Understand RFP/RFIs and translate business needs into technical architecture (data engineering, data visualization, AI, Gen AI, Agents)
• Define end-to-end application architectures (data ingestion to AI/Agents)
• Align tech components (LLMs, Vector DB, Graph DB, Agents, APIs) with use cases
• Prepare ADM effort estimates and validate with SMEs
• Design staffing models for onshore/offshore/nearshore mix and pyramid structure
• Build solution plan decks for sales and delivery alignment
• Engage in solution and delivery reviews with leadership across geographies
• Act as strategic link between sales and delivery teams
• Contribute to client proposals, SOWs, contracting documents
• Present and defend solutions in internal/external forums
• Seamlessly transition solution to delivery post-deal closure
