Job summary

Accenture in California is seeking a GenAI Presales Solution Architect to lead end-to-end solution blueprinting, aligning client objectives with technology execution. You will bridge client vision and delivery, influencing deals and working across global teams to design AI and Gen AI solutions.

You will gain experience across data platforms, cloud ecosystems, and cross-functional collaboration, contributing to proposals, SOWs, and contracting while traveling as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of relevant IT industry experience in AI & Data delivery or Presales across Financial Services, Products - Retail, Life Science, Telecom, Energy industries
• Minimum 2 years of experience with GenAI & Agentic AI delivery or Presales
• Minimum 5 years of experience with cloud eco-systems - Azure/AWS/Google experience in delivery or Presales
• Minimum 1 year of experience in AI-Led delivery, working in a cross-functional and global environments, and managing multiple stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience.

Responsibilities

• Understand RFP/RFIs and translate business needs into technical architecture (data engineering, data visualization, AI, Gen AI, Agents).
• Define end-to-end application architectures diagrams (data ingestion to data consumption to AI/Agents).
• Align technology components with business use cases.
• Prepare detailed ADM effort estimates and get them validated with AI & Data capability SMEs.
• Design staffing models based on onshore/offshore/nearshore mix and pyramid structure.
• Build solution plan decks for sales and delivery alignment.
• Engage in solution and delivery reviews with leadership across geographies.
• Act as the strategic link between sales and delivery teams.
• Contribute to client-facing proposals, SOWs, and contracting documents.
• Present and defend your solution in internal and external forums.
• Seamlessly transition the solution to the delivery team post-deal closure.
