Job summary

Accenture’s Chicago team seeks a GenAI Presales Solution Architect to lead the end‑to‑end solution blueprint, translating client vision into technical architecture across data, AI, and app layers. You’ll collaborate with sales, delivery, and SMEs to design scalable GenAI and Agentic AI strategies that span clouds and industries.

You’ll present proposals, align staffing models, and help close deals, with travel 10–25%.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of relevant IT industry experience in AI & Data delivery or Presales across Financial Services, Products - Retail, Life Science, Telecom, Energy industries
• Minimum 2 years of experience with GenAI & Agentic AI delivery or Presales
• Minimum 5 years of experience with cloud eco-systems - Azure/AWS/Google experience in delivery or Presales
• Minimum 1 year of experience in AI‑Led delivery, working in a cross‑functional and global environments, and managing multiple stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate’s Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience)
• Bonus points if you have Good PowerPoint skills for leadership and client storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Understand RFP/RFIs and translate the business needs into technical architecture (data engineering, data visualization, AI, Gen AI, Agents)
• Define end-to-end application architectures diagrams (data ingestion to data consumption to AI/Agents)
• Align technology components (e.g. LLM models, Vector DB, Graph DB, Agents, APIs, etc.) with business use cases
• Prepare detailed ADM effort estimates and get them validated with AI & Data capability SMEs
• Design optimal staffing models based on onshore/offshore/nearshore mix and pyramid structure
• Build solution plan power point decks for use in sales and delivery alignment
• Engage in solution and delivery reviews with leadership across geographies
• Act as the strategic link between sales and delivery teams
• Contribute to client-facing proposals, SOWs, and contracting documents
• Present and defend your solution in internal and external forums
• Seamlessly transition the solution to the delivery team post‑deal closure
• Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 10% to 25% depending on business need and client requirements.
