Job summary

LangChain is seeking an experienced Account Executive to drive the next wave of growth. You will own the full sales cycle, guide enterprise teams through evaluation and adoption, and partner with engineering and success teams to ensure value realization across GenAI offerings.

We value relationship-driven sellers who thrive in fast-paced, unstructured environments and want to build the go-to-market motion from the ground up. Remote, US-focused, with strong compensation in USD.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience selling complex software to enterprise customers.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with prospects and customers.
• Strong communication and storytelling skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from lead to close with strong follow-up.
• Advise prospects and customers, uncover needs, and demonstrate value.
• Lead proof-of-concept efforts with sales engineers and product experts.
• Stay updated on product changes and GenAI trends to guide conversations.
• Build long-term relationships and support post-sale success with teams.
• Negotiate pricing and terms with legal teams; drive deals forward.
• Provide insights to product/engineering to improve the roadmap.
• Help define and iterate sales playbooks and GTM strategies.
